Customer Care Advantage Service , a new benefit given to ours partners

Our team, with an average number of 45 people, from which 30 people in the assembly factory, used their skills, know-how and experience in design and build solutions for electrical switchboards and automation, to provide equipment and services to Customers  beyond expectation as always.

To demonstrate our continued commitment to customer satisfaction and focus on our customers’ needs, we have launched a new Customer Care Service in March 2021.

On this line, we have developed a new equipment identification label, mounted inside the enclosure (closer  to main circuit breaker), which contains two supplementary marked QR Codes, as in the sample below.

By scanning the left side QR Code, can be read or download the complete technical data-sheet of the equipment ,  by scanning the right side QR Code  can be read or download the As-built electrical diagram of equipment.

In this way, the Owner of the equipment will benefit from immediate access to the technical documentation necessary in maintenance and in operation , available for entire lifetime of the equipment provided.
